1. Using This Site
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.
2. Services
The scope, timeline and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement. Nothing on this site is an offer or a commitment on its own.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we retain ownership of the working files and methods behind a deliverable, and you receive the deliverable itself.
4. Payment
Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Project work is invoiced against the milestones named in the engagement agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date above records when it last changed.
